discount programs. Brodcast does not collect personal information nor does it
identify a particular user. |

| Broderbund is proud to be in the forefront of the privacy debate by
doing its best to protect privacy even in the instances where it is not required
by the law. Due to the public concern around the privacy issue, and as part of our
ongoing effort to meet consumer interests, we made a decision to revise the existing
program last year and then later eliminated it altogether. |
